How was it to working with Benicio Del Toro?
It was intense! No. He’s awesome to work with. He’s such a rare actor, in that he has a real unique approach to a scene. He’s exciting to work with, because he’s quite raw and instinctual, so you don’t really know what he will do in the scene. The scene can really take shape and it can dance and shape shift, in some ways. I love working like that because there’s a real openness, and you need a co-star who’s going to play with you in that way. He’s a great guy. We had a laugh on the movie. He’s a lot of fun. He’s a big teddy bear. People don’t know that. [She laughs.] …. Read On.

The LA Times have released a new interview and photoshoot with Emily! I’m not a huge fan of these new pictures but Emily can pull anything off so she still looks beautiful! There is also a video interview which you can watch here, screen captures are in the gallery.

Just what is it about Emily Blunt? The British beauty seems to specialize in taking borderline-unlikable characters and imparting them with unforgettable vulnerability and charm. Think of her pin-thin, prickly but ultimately terrorized fashionista in The Devil Wears Prada. Or her damaged and aimless little sister in Sunshine Cleaning.

“Hope For Haiti Now” Telethon

Emily, along with John Krasinski and many other celebrities, are participating in the Hope For Haiti Now telethon to answer telephones. The marathon will be airing tonight! You can read all about it here. Also, please visit the official website (where you can donate) right here.

“There are about 130, 140 actors and athletes and singers that are all just coming up – not to be on the show – simply to answer phones,” George Clooney tells MTV’s Sway Calloway about tonight’s Hope for Haiti Now telethon.
